Our Events Packages

A’ La Carte Event Services

A’la Carte Event Services 

Event area rental for up to 100 guests $550 per hour (minimum of 3 hours) **

    • 100-150 guests $600 per hour
    • 150-200 guests $650 per hour
    • over 200 guests $700 per hour
    • Chairs $3 each
    • Tables $5 each
    • Floor length white table cloths $15 each
    • Use of kegerator equipment, ice machine $75
    • Pre reception decoration time $50 per hour
    • Set up and break down services – 4 hours $50 per hour (minimum of 2 hours)
    • Janitorial fee $200
    • Firepit $45
    • Porta cooler $75
    • Coordinator and consultation services $650
    • Outside caterer fee $250
    • 1 staff member is required for every 100 guests $150 each
    • $1,500 Save the date deposit is required when booking your date using a’ la carte Plan
    • $500 Damage deposit is required before event time can commence.
    • Centaur will not provide bartender or security services on the al a carte.
    • Guest must provide a licensed bartender and security guard if alcohol is served.

Security guard must be present on duty at all times when alcohol is being consumed.

Site Only Rental Package

    • 4 hours for event
    • 6 hours early access for decorating or set up
    • 4 hours use of our private suites and man caves
    • 4,800 square foot indoor reception hall with dance floor, stage, sound system, and special lighting 
    • Tables, chairs, and white linens
    • 400 square foot buffet area
    • 400 square foot prep kitchen for caterers
    • 2 staff members per every 100 guests is required at your expense

Rates

    • Up to 50 guests: $3,500
    • Up to 100 guests: $3,750
    • Up to 200 guests: $4,250
    • Up to 300 guests: $5,500
    • Outside Catering Fee $250
    • Bar Package Fee* $750

*Consumption of alcohol requires purchasing a bar package
